BEFORE | GREEK KEY CHEST

We were so excited to find this vintage beauty, no doubt the original prototype for many modern furniture designers.  What a surprise when we opened the drawers to see it was made by Kittinger, a six generation strong furniture manufacturer since 1886.  (They even made pieces for the White House!) Solid wood and and structurally sound, we knew this could be turned into a chic piece good as new, with a simple color change.

Voila!  The wonders of white ring loud and clear in this freshly lacquered chest of drawers.  A perfect piece for an entry or a dresser for a guest room, if there had been two we would have placed them as nightstands in a client’s master bedroom.  Stop in to our store to see this and other vintage pieces we have recently refurbished  in our studio.

$1500  (A steal, when considering the original green is going for $9000 a pair on First Dibs!  Aye Dios Mio!)

XO,
