24 Jul ORIGINATIVE OFFICE
“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.” – Albert Einstein
BEFORE | OFFICE SPACE
We love when our clients come back to have us do additional work down the road from a completed project. After completing an office for the head of an entertainment management group last year, we were ecstatic that he asked us to come back and transform a vast bonus room on their floor. With a staff working tirelessly to come up with the next great thing, the owner wanted a place for his team to relax, kick back, and have fun while pitching each other ideas. The result was a calming place that everyone wants to hang out in all the time.
AFTER | CREATIVE ROOM
With a view like this, inspiration is always on the horizon! A capiz chandelier anchors the room and adds some welcomed drama. Navy and teal bean bag cubes double as ottomans and extra seating.
Glass and chrome are sleek and modern. This glass top table from Ikea helped keep this project within it’s budget without sacrificing style. A coffee bar with jars to fill with snacks and teas were a top priority. The teal chairs were a great find from Target and add needed color and pull out the tones of an antique rug in the center of the room. A lover of all things rock and roll, we framed vintage photos in mirrors for some reflection on the white walls.
BEFORE | PLAY SPACE
A TV for screening movies, pitching sizzle reels and watching pilots hangs above a new storage console from Ikea with customized door fronts. Modern furniture mixed with an antique rug is a perfect juxtaposition of old and new. The air hockey table got a new home by the sunny windows leaving plenty of room for lounging in shearling covered papason chairs (even we didn’t want to get up after testing them out!).
BEFORE | COUCH AND BAR
Embroidered Pillows in grey and navy add playful patterns to a velvet couch. A vintage bar cart is tucked away ready for the mini kegerator to be tapped! Fun, chill, and a place to unwind the minds, this room is anything but boring. Let the creation station begin!
