BEFORE | FRAMING FOR GUEST HOUSE BATHROOM ADDITION

With a brand new guest suite begging for visitors, it was time to build a bathroom to match this fab new pad. When starting from the ground up, we could customize every inch.  The results were tremendous, and our clients said they would be racing each other to their new oasis once guests had said their goodbyes.

Marble shaped rock floors are installed setting the scene for a walk in marble shower.  Windows are cut to let in plenty of natural light.

Let the sun shine! An inexpensive vanity by Martha Stewart from Home Depot was customized by painting it a dark grey to house lotions and potions.  A large piece of beveled glass is a sleek option for a minimalist room making the stones and marble the stars of the show.  A simple built in wood shelf divides the sink from the toilet.  Potted orchids thrive in this sun kissed room.

Glass Barn Filament Sconces from Restoration Hardware in aged steel add a modern industrial touch to white walls.

A shower built for two, who could refuse!  Double rainfall shower heads and bench seating on either end serve as an at home spa to wash the day away.  Now if only our friends would leave…

XO,

D.L.
